A menu of pretty-in-pink courses has been creatively curated to tie into Japanese Sakura season. Dine on Smoked Duck Tataki Tostadita, Hamachi Tiradito and Pan Fried Diver Scallop. Followed by Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Gunkan and Temari Sushi, leave room for a dessert of Pink Fluffy Cheesecake and Meringue Topped Pineapple Skewers, finished on our tabletop hibachi grills and dunked into a heavenly cherry sauce.
