Our expertly curated 5 course tasting menu has been designed to highlight the beauty of wines from the Niagara wine region.
Pearl Morissettewines are great for those who appreciate wine with minimal-intervention, oxidative wine making and low sulphur content.

Join us for a celebration of Spanish wine in collaboration with Cosecha Wine Agency. Ramon Parera, from the Penedes region of Catalonia, will be pouring wines from Cellar Paradas. Famous for their terroir’s salty and mineral infused characteristics Cellar Paradas will serve as a wonderful pairing for our Nikkei cuisine. From the heart of Galicia’s Rias Baixas, winemaker Xurxo Alda will be sharing stories of Bodegas Albamar. These wines which showcase spontaneous fermentation will interact playfully with this exclusive menu curated by Executive Chef Jordan Sclare.
