Claude’s Summer Sessions continues this July with FiestaAzul, a rooftop summer celebration in collaboration with Hayman’s Gin.
Taking place on Friday 31st July from 6pm, this edition brings guest DJs, live performers, and exclusive Hayman’s Gin cocktails to the Manchester skyline.
Inspired by the deep blues of the Pacific, the rooftop transforms into a high-energy summer celebration of music, cocktails, and skyline views.

Did someone say limited-edition sushi drop?
To celebrate World Sushi Day, we’re turning up the heat with a selection of exclusive nigiri and maki. Join us from Thursday 18th June as we unveil a new menu of Nikkei creations, from Soft Shell Crab Maki to Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and Salmon & Yellowtail Parmesan Snow Nigiri, flamed tableside and finished with a little theatre.

Throughout July, we’re treating grads with a glass of Pommery champagne on us, alongside our Graduation Sharing Menu priced at £40 per person, especially curated for the occasion.
Indulge in a selection of Chotto favourites, designed for the table: from our Spicy Tuna Crispy Sushi and fresh Seabass Ceviche to our Prawn Tempura and Pollo Den Miso: tender miso-marinated chicken, straight from the robata. Finish with a cool, milky soft serve – served with toasted almonds and chocolate sauce. The graduation celebration you deserve.
