While mesmerised by an aerial performer and animalier acrobats, indulge in Chotto’s classics, such as the iconic Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Warm Beef Fillet Tataki and the restaurant’s signature Yellowtail “Nikkei Sashimi” with fiery jalapeño and yuzu truffle soy.
For a self-indulgent experience the brunch can be complemented with a bottomless option, including a selection of bespoke cocktails, wines and beers. Refreshing sips include the Cheetah-Rita, Cazadores Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, yuzu, and agave, as well as the Jungle Punch, featuring Appleton VX Rum, Briottet Mure, pineapple, lime and soda.
